Christmas 2018: There’s More Than Growing to Sell
Most Digital Agency Owners are building their agencies to sell… or so it may seem. This festive season we have a different story to tell. We are meeting an increasing number of Agency Owners that are building to keep.
Digital Agencies are a bit like snowflakes, no two are exactly the same. Here are some of the different types:
Global Giant – Focused on one thing, becoming the biggest and best in the world
Vanilla Flavoured – Slow growth, low risk, picking off the low-hanging fruit
Eco Warrior – Small to medium sized, carbon neutral offices, giving 10% profits to charity
Tasmanian Devil – Fast growth, build as quickly as you can, sell and move on to the next project.
And then there are the curators of change. A new breed of Digital Agency. Led by owners that aren’t just focused on huge profits. They want a work/life balance. They say no to clients. They create a positive work environment. They want to make a difference. They are the change makers, building a more sustainable future.
