We obtain the information by the following means: personal contact with you, email, web visitors, advertising, events, web registration, user profile registration and newsletter sign up forms on directorscentre.com, Robert-craven.com and checkinjournal.com

We do not share information with third parties.
How we store your information
We store information within the following systems: Encrypted Microsoft Office Documents, Capsule CMS and MailChimp. Secure user profiles are stored within the WordPress databases of directorscentre.com and checkinjournal.com Each profile has a unique and secure login and is only accessible via administration logins held by The Directors’ Centre employees.
All administration level users for directorscentre.com, Robert-craven.com and checkinjournal.com were confirmed in March 2018. A maintenance contract is held with a third-party supplier to ensure that each website is continuously checked for security updates and software updated monthly.
How we use your information
We use your information to send you details of our products and services. We will contact you through the following methods; Email, Phone and Post.
In the event of a data breech
Should we discover a data breech we will contact the relevant people within 48 hours. A third-party supplier will be instructed to investigate the breech and the relevant authorities advised.
